Santorum Uses Scare Tactics in Florida

Rick Santorum, one of the Republican presidential candidates, was recently talking to seniors in Florida. He told them several pieces of insurance related misinformation that appear to have been designed to frighten them into voting for him. We have all heard the Republican presidential candidates talk about how much they want to repeal the Affordable Care Act, (which they have renamed as “Obamacare”). Santorum Says Americans Die From “Bad Choices”

The 2012 Presidential election is still pretty far away. Even so, it is a good idea to keep track of what individual candidates think about health insurance. Rick Santorum thinks that Americans die because of “bad choices”, and that it has nothing at all to do with lack of health insurance.
