Lead Plaintiff in Health Care Case Bankrupt from Medical Bills

The lead plaintiff in the biggest health care court case of the year has filed for bankruptcy, in part, due to unpaid medical bills. This could, potentially, have an impact on the upcoming Supreme Court case about the Affordable Care Act. It makes the individual mandate look that much more necessary.
