Free Birth Control – Coming Soon to Health Insurance Plans!

A decision by the Department of Health and Human Services will mean that all women who have health insurance will be able to get birth control, (and other types of women’s health care), for free. They will not be charged a copay or deductible to receive it. This change will not take place immediately, but it is on the way. The Department of Health and Human Services has decided to go along with a recommendation that was made by the Institute of Medicine.
