The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has distributed a letter to 108 parishes. The letter instructs Catholics how to file a written objection to an insurance law that requires health insurance companies to include birth control as preventative care. Recently, a health care reform law required all insurance companies to cover the cost of birth control without charging a copay, deductible, or other fees.
