Supreme Court Releases Audio from Wednesday’s Arguments

The historic case about the Affordable Care Act has now been heard by the Supreme Court. It will be quite some time before the Justices make rulings about it. The Supreme Court has released audio of the arguments that were heard on two separate parts of the ACA today. You can listen to it on their website. Supreme Court Releases Audio of First Oral Argument

As promised, the Supreme Court has released the audio of the oral arguments that were heard in court today. This is the first time that audio of a case heard by the Supreme Court has been released on the same day that the case was heard. This is the first part of the case involving several aspects of the Affordable Care Act. Today, the Supreme Court heard the first part of a case called Department of Health and Human Services v. Audio of Supreme Court Case to be Released Same Day

In just a few weeks, the Supreme Court will hear three days of oral arguments on the biggest health insurance related case of the year. The audio of the arguments will be released the same day that the arguments are heard. This has never happened before. The Supreme Court will be hearing a case about specific parts of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Some have referred to the ACA as “Obamacare”, but that is not the actual name of it.
